Order ENERGY STAR Labels Today!

As a reminder, starting of November 1, 2005 all ENERGY STAR qualified HUD-code homes are required to bear two labels:

•     the blue EPA ENERGY STAR label

•     the grey MHRA Quality Assured Label™

Any home without both of these labels (pictured below) is not an ENERGY STAR qualified home and will not qualify for the $1,000 federal tax credit¹.

¹ This requirement applies to ALL manufactured homes except those produced by plants in the Northwest states (Washington, Oregon, Montana and Idaho).
