Under the Lean
Program, MHRA’s goal is to be the leading educator and catalyst
for maximizing value and minimizing waste in factory homebuilding.
To accomplish this goal, MHRA is developing and advancing lean principles,
tools, and techniques designed to enable positive change. MHRA will
facilitate the development and implementation of lean building methods
throughout the entire factory home building process and related operations.
